> HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

> IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A SAMPLE BEFORE ORDERING?
Yes! Seeing a sample is a great way to see the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every one of our items. We unfortunately cannot send personalised samples. Simply click the order sample button and complete the checkout. Samples are shipped within 3 days of order.
> HOW MANY INVITATIONS/SAVE THE DATES DO YOU RECOMMEND WE ORDER?
We recommend that you order 1 invitation per household and a couple of blank extras just in case! It is always lovely to have at least 1 extra invitation as a keepsake for yourselves.
> I HAVE RECEIVED THE PROOF BUT WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SOME CHANGES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Not a problem! Your first proof is simply an initial viewing of your invitation, and it is common to want to make a few small changes! Just let us know what you require changing and we will send another proof with the amendments.
> WHAT SHOULD I CHECK ON MY PROOFS?
The most crucial parts to check are the wedding date and time, the venue and address, and also the spelling of your names. Once you have approved the final draft, we are not responsible for spelling errors or typos.
> CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER APPROVING MY PROOF?
We‘re afraid not - once we have received confirmation that the proof is okay we send it to print. We do this as quickly as possible so that you can receive your items quicker! Any changes to the design after this stage will incur a charge.
> DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Unfortunately not at this time - colours, fonts and wording can be changed but the design itself cannot be changed.
> I’M NOT BASED IN THE UK, DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?
Yes we do! Many of our customers are based in America & Australia so we know the ins and outs of shipping abroad. Shipping is tracked from being sent out until reaching the destination.
> WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY WEDDING STATIONARY ORDER?
We recommend ordering Save the Dates as soon as you know your wedding date! It’s a great way to get everyone excited about your wedding and also for guests to keep your wedding date free.For wedding invitations we recommend ordering at least 10 weeks before the day to allow for the time it takes to make them, deliver them to guests and then receive RSVPs.
> DO YOU OFFER ANY DIFFERENT PAPER OPTIONS?
The card choices for each design have been selected to best compliment the individual styles. However, if you would like to swap card bases or have an idea for something else please just let us know and we will see what we can do!
> DO YOU HAVE OTHER ENVELOPE COLOURS IN STOCK?
If you have a particular colour in mind for your envelope please let us know and we will check with our supplier. There may be a charge for this depending on colour and finish.
> CAN I CHANGE THE COLOUR OF THE DESIGN?
The beauty of digital designs is that almost any colour can be produced! If you love one of our designs but need the colour changing, this is included in the price.
> CAN YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?
Unfortunately not at this time - all orders have been booked into our schedule and so we can't fit new orders in.
> OOPS! I FORGOT SOMEONE, CAN I ORDER AN EXTRA INVITATION AT A LATER DATE?
It is possible but there is a fee depending on how many extra you require and at what stage you need the extra. If the invitaitons haven't gone to the printers then we can easily add the extra, however if we need to add extra invites and send them to the printer separately there would be a printing charge as there are minimum quanities involved with printing. We recommend ordering a couple of blank invites with your original order!
> I AM UNSURE WHERE TO START WITH MY INVITATION WORDING, CAN YOU ADVISE WHAT I NEED TO WRITE?
Once your order is placed, we will email you a wording guide to help form the basis of your proof. This also contains lots of wording options so you will be sure to have an invitation that reflects the style of your wedding perfectly!
> ARE YOUR ENVELOPES SUITABLE FOR US POSTAGE?
For US customers we'll provide a slightly larger RSVP envelope to ensure your guests can return the RSVPs to you with no issues from the USPS!
